What's the minimum size you can cut?

We cut as small as 20mm x 20mm.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is FREE in the South Island. North Island delivery is calculated at checkout.

Is the price I see online the final price?

Yes! The calculator shows the exact price for the product. Delivery is added at checkout.

How accurate is the cutting?

We cut to within ±1mm tolerance using professional guillotine or laser cutting equipment. Every piece is quality checked and measured before dispatch.

Can I get custom shapes or holes?

Holes are included free - just note your requirements when ordering. Custom shapes and complex cuts require a quote. Standard rectangular cuts can be ordered instantly online.

What if I'm not sure what thickness or material I need?

Material types we cut

Professional-grade materials, cut to your exact size: Alloy, Corten, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Wear Plate.

Plates are available in the following thicknesses:

Alloy: 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm.
Corten: 1.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm.
Mild Steel, Stainless Steel & Wear Plate: 0.7mm, 0.9mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm.

Plate can be ordered in dimensions (width/length) ranging from 20mm–1600mm.
